Day 1

Technically this is day 3, I've done workouts on Monday and Tuesday. I'm doing workouts according to the PACE book, so not strictly tabata workouts, but I plan on incorporating 1-2 tabatas a week.

Monday's workout:
4 minutes - rest until I caught my breath - moderate intensity
3 - medium intensity
2 - high intensity
1 - all out intensity

I'll have to track my rest periods next time

Tuesday
100 jump squats
100 jump pull ups
100 push-ups...though by 45 I did girl pushups and at 80 I did wall pushups

I rested as needed and finished at around 14:30. Need to better track next time around
